2. Custom Orders

All custom orders are made based on customer specifications and begin production shortly after your order is placed.

  • All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork, spelling, or design choices.
  • Please review all proofs and product details carefully before approving.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

Production time varies depending on the complexity and volume of your order. Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days, but may vary.

Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide via standard carriers. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for custom-made items.
  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days (see Refund Policy).
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos and proof.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already started. After that, all sales are final.

7. Intellectual Property

You affirm that you have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or content you submit. We are not liable for copyright infringement caused by customer-submitted material.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain offensive, hateful, or illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Feeding Art shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

9. Privacy
