Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Feeding Art. Below is our Shipping Policy outlining how we handle order processing, delivery, and tracking to ensure you have a smooth experience.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Standard production time for custom items is 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and order volume.
  • Rush processing may be available for an additional fee — please contact us before ordering.

📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship nationwide using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after production)
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days after production)
  • Local Pickup – available for nearby customers (you’ll be notified when your order is ready)

Shipping time is in addition to production time.

✏️ Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may apply to select promotions or bulk orders.

📍 Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order leaves our facility.
  • If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • For damaged or missing items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
