Refund policy

At Feeding Art, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every order. Each item is crafted to your specifications, and we work hard to ensure it meets your expectations. Please review our refund policy below:


Custom Orders – No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom printed apparel
  • Personalized gifts
  • 3D printed items
  • Laser engraved or cut products
  • Any item made-to-order based on customer-provided designs

All custom orders are final sale. Please double-check your design, spelling, and specifications before submitting.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a clear defect in the product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll review the situation and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Custom Items

Refunds or exchanges for non-custom products may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already started. After that, all sales are final.
